Reports to:                  Manager of Air Travel

Position Overview:

General Function/Job Purpose:  Complete and communicate leisure travel arrangements by fulfilling air, hotel and other transportation requests to the end of optimized spend, seamless travel and first-class service for every client. Arrange all aspects of travel for employees of business accounts for company business and luxury partner accounts.

Provide daily support and problem solving for customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • General support for Partner Affiliates & Business clients

  • Corporate and air bookings for Business Travel and M&I clients

  • Provide general Air and Sabre support

  • Comprehend and follow each traveler’s company policy, procedure, and requirement

  • ClientBase support for affiliates

  • Liaison between vendors and affiliates

  • Assist in creating client itinerary books, flyers, etc.

  • Assist in providing agent training

  • Support in coordinating and manning vendor and consumer events. 

  • Other leisure support duties as assigned by management


  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a corporate/leisure travel agent

  • Sabre GDS, ClientBase and Microsoft Office proficiency

  • EXTRAORDINARY Customer service skills

  • Experience managing VIP clientele required. 

  • Arrange travel arrangements (i.e. flights, rail, hotel, cars, car service) for business clients

  • Tech savvy

  • Proficient organization and time management skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and vendors.

  • Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

  • Ability to maintain work volume and quality consistent with peers.

  • Ability to work under the stress of and meet productivity standards and deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision.

  • Open-mindedness, flexibility and a team-oriented attitude in welcoming additional duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, as requested.
