To put things in perspective, the average daily total for hotel, car and food on a business trip was $318.80. San Francisco checked in at the top with $547.34, while the lowest per diem, Norfolk, Virgina, totaled $248.15. (View all 100 here.)

International cities included London, Zurich, Hong Kong and Tokyo in their top ten. Most ranked similarly in price to their U.S. counterparts with comparable average of $312.18. (The rest can be viewed here).
