Run by the Iaccarino family, this beautiful Neapolitan hotel is home to a Michelin-starred farm-to-table restaurant — the Iaccorinos also own the adjacent organic farm, Le Peracciole. A member of the family provides a warm welcome and introduces an expert sommelier, who leads a tour of the restaurant’s amazing wine cellar, a Pre-Roman tunnel with over twenty five thousand wines and a cheese-aging room. After a sample of the wines, learn the Iaccarino’s culinary secrets. The lesson, presented in a colorfully tiled, state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, affords a sneak peek at the restaurant’s upcoming dishes.
