Leisure Travel Support Specialist • Host Agency

Position:  Leisure Travel Support Specialist
Department:  Host Agency
Reports to:  Manager, Leisure Travel

 General Function/Job Purpose:  Provide daily support and problem solving for our customers.


  • General Support for Independent Affiliates

  • Vacation coverage and billable hourly support for Affiliates

  • Back up Air Desk agent

  • Assisting agents with Sabre invoicing and format questions

  • In House Leisure Bookings for Corporate and M&I clients

  • Coordination of Quarterly Exclusive Agency Cruise Sales

  • Block and Maintain Agency Cruise Group Space

  • Update and Maintain Cadence Cruises website

  • CLIA Coupon Book Maintenance and Distribution

  • ClientBase support for Leisure agents

  • Leisure liaison between vendors and affiliates

  • Assist in Creating Client Itinerary books, flyers, etc.

  • Posting news items and assist in maintaining Cadence Intranet

  • Other leisure support duties as assigned by management


  • Previous exposure/experience in the hospitality industry

  • Experience booking Cruises and hotels required.

  • Sabre GDS proficiency  

  • Tech savvy

  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.

  • Some travel may be required

  • Able to respond to changing environment and handle multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient organization and time management skills

  • Team Player
