Terms & Conditions: Travel must be arranged through Cadence Travel, utilizing vendors accessible within the Cadence booking systems. The certificate funds may be applied towards airfare, hotel accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages. Not applicable for car rental and car services. Vendors must be capable of accepting prepayment. Certain restrictions may apply, such as price matching cannot be guaranteed. All certificate funds must be used in no more than two separate trips. Ticketing fees will be deducted from the value of the certificate. This Certificate is non-transferrable and has no cash value CST# 2011220-40.
