Normally held in-person, we’re doing this event virtually this year to allow even more people to attend. The primary focus of the event is to inspire your next vacation or getaway by connecting you to some of the world’s finest luxury travel brands in a trade show style format. You will hear from an incredible panel of travel industry leaders in an intimate discussion about their pandemic travel experiences, their respective brands, and what inspires them about travel. All will be moderated by Cadence.

After that, you can choose to hop in and out of a wide assortment of virtual travel appointments with 23 of the top hotel, cruise, and tour brands around the world - at your leisure. Attendees will also receive day-of-show offers/promotions.

Q: How will I access the event?
A: The week of the event, you will be sent a link to a special event portal. This will include a link to the main virtual room where you will watch the panels and speakers in live time, as well as links to the individual travel brand rooms.

Q: How will the individual rooms with the travel brands work?
A: These will be set up open-house style, so you can pop in and out of those you are interested in, chat with that brand’s representative, learn about what is new and exciting, ask any questions, get inspired, and hear about the promotion offered!

Q: Will there be any special travel promotions?
A: Yes! You will receive access to exclusive promotions that you can book through your travel advisor.

Q: I don’t currently have a travel advisor - can I still join the event and gain access to the promotions?
A: Absolutely! If you do not currently have a travel advisor, we can match you with someone who will help guide you with your future travel plans!

Q: What if I can’t attend the entire event?
A: We do recommend attending live if you can, so that you can ask any questions you may have and enjoy a more personalized experience - but we know that schedules do not always align! The panels & speakers will be recorded so you can watch on-demand if you miss anything. The afternoon sessions with the travel brands are designed to be conversational - and will not be recorded. However, there will be an inspiration gallery set up where you can learn more about each brand at your leisure.
