In order to schedule an in-office appointment, travelers must first apply online to request a background check for pre-approval. Please read FULL instructions below.
HOW TO APPLY:
1. Click the "Get Started" button below to submit an application and pay the required $100 non-refundable application fee* no later than April 5, 2017. (Reservations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, submitting an application by this date does not guarantee a spot at the event.)
2. Upon completion of your application, you will receive your application ID. (Your application ID is NOT what is used to schedule your interview)
3. After approximately 2-3 weeks you will find out if your application was accepted. You will receive an email containing your Conditional Membership Number and a link to an online scheduling calendar to schedule your in-person interview time with a U.S. Customs & Border Protection Officer. Be sure to select the CEGE Calendar to view the available time slots. Note: Each applicant per household must schedule a separate interview. This step must be completed by May 26, 2017. You must have your Conditional Membership ID to confirm your time slot!
