Their unwavering dedication, commitment, and zeal are continually sculpting the future of our industry. This diverse group, consisting of over 180 esteemed advisors, represents the epitome of fervor, passion, and diligence. Enclosed here is the prestigious list of achievers from our Cadence Elite, Cadence Trailblazer, and the brand-new Cadence Select and Cadence Legacy programs.

The Elite title applauds Cadence's top achievers, representing the top 10% in production, while the Trailblazer title is designated for those marking the top 20%. However, our accolades go beyond mere numbers or performance - they also recognize the inspiring journeys of our advisors. Every year, they redefine the standards, forging new paths to unprecedented levels of success for everyone. Their combined efforts elevate our community, setting new benchmarks of excellence.

We’re extremely proud to share the names of those travel advisors being recognized for a new achievement tier we implemented in 2023, Cadence Select. Cadence Select recognizes the top three advisors with the highest percentage of year over year growth. It also recognizes two advisors for their outstanding commitment and representation of the Cadence culture.

Select is such an important tier for us, as these advisors are truly making a difference not only weighed against their own goals and ambitions, but in their overall contribution to the spirit of our organization. These are the change-makers, inspiring the rest of the Cadence community with their passion and their dedication to care.

The final tier of our 2023 advisor achievers is the new addition of Cadence Legacy. A true celebration of our history, Cadence Legacy recognizes an exclusive group of advisors who have been a part of our organization for more than 15 years.

Legacy celebrates their lasting impact on Cadence, our shared history, and the myriad of ways we make each other better by the sum of the whole. Everyone at Cadence is so proud of each and every one of our Legacy advisors. They are the backbone of our connected culture, and share so much of our story. Without question, our Host Agency would not be the same without them, and we’re so incredibly thankful for the time they’ve allowed us to share with them.
