Svalbard
Located halfway between the northernmost tip of Norway and the North Pole, Svalbard is the Land of the Polar Bear – a High Arctic archipelago of rugged mountains, towering ice caps, immense glaciers and deep frozen fjords. Greenland
Home to the largest ice sheet outside of Antarctica, Greenland offers some of the world’s most beautiful ice fjords and icebergs, and includes the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ilulissat which has almost as many sled-dogs as people.
