The Power of Partnership: A 30-Year Journey of Gratitude
This year has been a significant one for us here at Cadence. As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, it feels like we've been collecting milestones left and right. Our amazing Founder and CEO, Wendy Burk, was proudly featured in Travel Weekly. And that's just the start of the good news! Once again, we’ve secured a spot on the Powerlist, solidifying our position among the best of the best. We were also named the #1 Best Place to Work in San Diego (a title we wear with pride!). To top it off, our signature industry event, Cadence Connects, struck Gold in Travel Weekly’s Magellan Awards. We’ve felt unstoppable!
All this recognition has really given us a moment to pause and take it all in. Looking back is powerful, but you know what's even more exciting? The road ahead. That's why we're calling this moment our 30/30 Vision. It's about celebrating the three decades behind us with so much gratitude, while keeping our eyes sharp and focused on the thirty years to come, fueled by big, bold ambitions.
Gratitude in Action | A Year of Togetherness
Simply put, we wouldn't be here without you. Every milestone, every event, and every achievement is a shared one. For us, gratitude is more than just a feeling. It's the very lens through which we see our business and the spark that gets us out of bed each morning.
This year, that spirit of togetherness shone brightly at the many industry events we were fortunate to attend. From connecting and sparking fresh ideas at IMEX to strengthening our commitment to diverse voices at the ALHI Executive Women in Leadership Conference, and celebrating innovation at Southwest Airlines' new terminal opening, each one inspired us in new ways.
We also connected through travel. Our Familiarization Trips took us everywhere, from Peru to Marbella and Switzerland to Hawaii, allowing us to experience firsthand what makes an event truly outstanding. We're grateful to our incredible partners who help inspire every event we plan so we can bring that magic back to our clients.
Connecting with you on the ground has been just as rewarding. Whether at our Global Entry events (shoutout to the US Border and Protection Agency) or catching up at client events, those one-on-one moments mean the world to us.
Building genuine, lasting relationships is what it's all about for us. From the many events we've partnered on over the years, we're reminded again and again of what we can achieve when we work together.

We will harness technology and data not to replace the human touch, but to enhance it, delivering even more personalized and seamless journeys.
