What Our Team Loves Right Now

Ah, the little things that bring joy! Here at Cadence, we’ve been reflecting on the kind of care that truly lasts. The kind that shows up in the small, everyday moments. For us, it’s about staying true to who we are—a team that genuinely cares. Caring about the wins, the partnerships, and the clever ideas that make life just a little easier.

We had some fun with this month's theme and decided to ask our team the ultimate question: what do we love most right now? From dream destinations and favorite brands to tech hacks and new experiences, here's what we couldn't stop raving about.

The Cities We're Falling For

Winner: Nashville

We love seeing luxury intertwined with the iconic country music scene. It reinforces Nashville's position as a creative capital, showcasing the best of luxurious Southern hospitality.

Other favorites:

  • International Favorite: Los Cabos - Los Cabos is adding new luxury options that offer high-end service alongside warm ocean breezes to energize your attendees. It’s conveniently located for short flights from the US, and who doesn’t love a world-class margarita?

  • Western Pick: Dallas - The city has grown beyond just “Dallas.” Including Fort Worth and Arlington opens up incredible accessibility and flexibility for events. Plus, who doesn’t love a Western-themed Welcome Reception?

  • Underrated Destination: Park City – Think of Park City as the new luxury mountain town with easier accessibility! It’s 45 minutes from a strong Tier 2 airport. More hotels and event venues are breaking ground each day as they prepare for hosting the future Olympics.

Hot (and Up-and-Coming) Event Destinations

In 2026, we're seeing event planners focus more on creating authentic, memorable experiences for their attendees. They're blending cultural immersion, adventure, wellness, and service into every part of their programs. With that in mind, here are a few destinations we have on our radar this year.

Winner: Switzerland

Switzerland is taking our top spot for 2026 because it’s masterfully blending its timeless alpine charm with a fresh, sustainable energy that’s hard to find anywhere else. Incentive travel today is all about creating unforgettable moments, and Switzerland's small footprint and seamless train or car travel make these easy to deliver. You can start your day in the snowy peaks at Jungfraujoch (Europe's highest railway station), enjoy lunch along the turquoise shores of Lake Brienz, and finish with dinner in Bern’s culture-rich Old Town. Paired with the genuine warmth of Swiss hospitality and a strong commitment to sustainable travel, it’s a destination that delivers impact in every way and keeps us coming back.

Other trending picks:

  • Australia: Australia is a bucket-list destination that's becoming more accessible than ever, thanks to a recent increase in international flights. Over the past year, several major airlines have expanded their services, adding new and convenient non-stop options. This makes Australia the perfect place to celebrate your top performers.

  • Hawai‘i: With the Hawai‘i Convention Center in Oahu being under renovation through 2027, we are seeing attractive pricing in Honolulu and Waikiki compared to previous years.

  • Mallorca: Mallorca isn’t just a vacation spot anymore. It’s the perfect place for companies to reward top talent. From eco-friendly activities to wellness retreats and farm-to-table dining in stunning vineyards, it offers a modern twist on traditional incentive programs. With great weather year-round, top-notch service, and seamless logistics, it’s ideal for groups seeking something truly special.

  • Peru: For their world-class infrastructure and gastronomy. With an expanding international airport and a world-renowned culinary scene, Peru provides sophisticated venues and high-end experiences ideal for large conventions.

We'd be remiss not to shout out some of the smaller details we adore while planning meetings and incentives. One standout this year? Bringing spa treatments directly to attendees' rooms, offering a well-deserved 90 minutes of relaxation. (Anna Sullivan)

Many appreciate that the service, rooms, dining, and locations consistently deliver an excellent experience, not to mention the incredible bedding. For meeting and incentive trips, Four Seasons is a reliable go-to because they maintain a high standard of quality across all of their properties.

A Travel App We Love

Now that we've shared our favorite destinations, brands, and experiences, let's dive into travel tech—because if there's one thing we can all agree on it’s that great travel tech can make or break a trip. Our team's top recommendation is Mobile Passport Control for breezing through customs. This app is a pro-tip for anyone without Global Entry. Think of it like an express lane when clearing U.S. customs. Trust us—it's a life-saver after long-haul flights!

Because We Care

At the heart of everything we do, love shows up in the details. Whether it's picking the perfect location, staying loyal to brands that deliver, or sharing hidden gems with our clients, our team's passion for travel and connection shines through every recommendation.

And remember, when it's time to plan your next meeting or incentive, we're here to make sure every little thing is as memorable as it is meaningful.
